Program & Process

Do you use cold calls?

No. We specialize in respectful, compliant email outreach that sparks replies and books conversations.

How long before demos start booking?

Most clients see initial demos in Months 2–3, once inbox warmup and testing are complete.

How often do we get updates?

We optimize continuously and send summary updates at the cadence we set during kickoff (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).

Domains & Deliverability

Do you send from our main domain?

No. We use brand-approved dedicated sending domains or subdomains to protect your primary domain’s reputation. The display name shows your brand, and replies can route directly to your team.

How do you ensure compliance?

Every campaign is set up with one-click unsubscribes, list hygiene, and respectful sending practices. This ensures both high deliverability and protection of your brand reputation.

Pricing & Guarantee

How does the Six-Month Demo Pilot work?
  • $6,700 one-time program fee covers your first six attended demos.
  • Demo #10 and beyond billed at the per-demo rate set during the discovery process.
  • Program runs ~seven months (setup + outreach).
What if you don’t deliver ten demos?

We guarantee ten demos. If we fall short, you’ll receive $750 in Engaged Leads credit for each missed demo, keeping your pipeline moving.

What happens after the pilot?

If you renew, we confirm a new per-demo rate for the next term. Nurtured contacts from the pilot may convert later, and those are billed at the new per-demo rate.

Demo Quality

What counts as a qualified demo?

A demo counts when the prospect:

  • Matches your Ideal Customer Profile (company + role agreed at kickoff)
  • Is booked onto your calendar through our flow
  • Attends the meeting

If they no-show, we rebook or replace at no added cost.

What if we disagree on “qualified”?

We lock your ICP and qualifiers at kickoff so there’s no ambiguity. If a gray area arises, we review the booking source and email thread to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Engaged Leads

What are EQ Engaged Leads?

Unlike scraped lists, EQ Engaged Leads are real prospects who’ve shown genuine interest (3+ interactions or a reply). Each one comes with:

  • Full contact details
  • LinkedIn profile (when available)
  • Emotional triggers that resonated
  • An engagement timeline
Are Engaged Leads the same as demo bookings?

Not exactly. Some overlap exists, but here’s the difference:

  • If they book a demo → they count toward your guaranteed demos.
  • If they engage but don’t book → they’re delivered as EQ Engaged Leads.

Once delivered, we remove them from further outreach so your reps fully own the relationship.

Can we buy Engaged Leads before Month 3?

We recommend waiting until mid–Month 3. It takes time to build enough genuine engagement to create a reliable emotional profile.

Do you share subject lines?

No. We share emotional triggers and interaction counts, not the exact copy. This protects campaign integrity while still giving your team actionable insight.

Logistics

Do we have to use our own scheduling tool?

Not necessarily. We integrate with common tools where possible or provide a booking flow that fits your process.

Who runs the demos?

Your team. We handle everything up to booking — outreach, scheduling, confirmations, and re-bookings if needed.

What’s required on our end?
  • Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target roles
  • Calendar access
  • Quick demo feedback

We handle everything else: domains, compliance, messaging, sending, booking, and no-show protection.

Who gets credit for a demo?

We count demos booked through our link — even if you’ve spoken with the prospect before.​

Not counted if:​

The meeting was already on your calendar before kickoff.​
In case of dispute, we use the booking source and email thread to resolve it quickly and fairly.
